Denis M. Lichter, Ph.D.
Denis Lichter once worked as a corporate psychologist for an international consulting firm, where he was introduced to the work of assessing and influencing leadership behavior within business organizations. That initial work has led to a career dedicated to helping numerous organizations improve their performance through identifying, selecting and developing more effective leaders and leadership teams.
Today Denis represents a cross-section of manufacturing, financial, service and healthcare organizations. He provides consulting services in the areas of organizational and cultural analysis, executive team building, leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, and feedback tools.
He has a special interest in providing risk analysis of leadership talent and cultural fit in merger/acquisition activity. His work in the areas of executive and cross-cultural team coaching has taken him across the globe.
Denis brings a seasoned blend of business savvy and behavioral insight to his consulting work. He is a licensed psychologist in the state of Wisconsin. Denis completed his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis/St.Paul.
